THE GLAMP RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping our curations on The Glamp. We strive to provide the best in quality and experience at all times. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept any returns.
Eligibility for Returns:
* Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
* Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
* Consumable items such as food, fuel canisters, and water filters cannot be returned for safety reasons.
